I am 18 years old, from New York, USA. I am here to help all of you out there that feel like they are fat or nasty or just want to be fit.
Now I am 5'5'' tall, 28 inch waiste lower abs 30''
my arms are 8'' and im concerned about losing weight,. I want to do it. I 'm tired of people coming up to me saying you're so skinny and im only 128 but i feel like I am 169. I use to be 140 pounds about a year ago and havent really put it back on but I want to help everyone out cause by 1 month from whenever you contact me we are all gonna be skinny. and since today is May30,99 im planning on being skinny by July1,99.

This doesnt cost anything it's just from a real persons point of view instead of those skinny people telling you how to lose weight.''why do i care". I dont want to see a skinny person excercising, I want to see heavy people on a daily excercise show excercising and when they start losing weight then I know I can do it. but one of my problems is they make me eat more i see a skinny person excercise and i want to eat.

well this is my plan I want you to email me telling me youre joining my program and then keep e-mailing me with the results.

day1-monday- have some fat free snackwells cookies ( i ate 7 in 20 minutes)then an english muffin with water and low fat-fat free margarine.
lunch-fat free hotdogs or microwavable pretzels
water and fat free ice cream
dinner- hotdogs 2 or 3 fat free
corn,peas,beans,asparagus.
snack more snackwells cookies. my advice try the snackwells devil food cookies they have them at wal-mart here for 99cents.
more ice cream.
excercise-go out buy a 20-40 minute aerobic tape and do it 5 times daily once you get started you cant stop. My advice on excercise tapes, I do crunch fitness Tae Boxing with billy blanks it really helps me lose weight. and Then i do the cindy crawford workout I only do it for the one round and sometimes i skip cindy and do abs of steel for 15 minutes.

Now this is to help you lose weight now i cant tell you what to eat every day cause when people tell me i always eat more so im telling you to go out buy all fat free stuff theirs a good sale on lots of stuff.Now how i influence myself to eat all fat free is cause my sister just had a baby and she has an ulcer so she cant eat anything with even one gram of fat in it so i make believe im her.
